His writing/producing credits include: Hook, directed by Steven Spielberg, Bram Stoker’s Dracula, directed by Francis Ford Coppola, Muppet Treasure Island, directed by Brian Henson, and Contact, directed by Robert Zemeckis. Other writing/producing credits include: Mary Shelley’s Frankenstein, Sahara, Lara Croft: Tomb Raider, August Rush and Epic.
TV projects include The Republic Of Pirates, aka Crossbones, for NBC, and The Sirens of Titan.

CHRISTOPHER VOGLER is a veteran story consultant for major Hollywood film companies and a respected teacher of filmmakers and writers around the globe. His book The Writer’s Journey, applying the ancient patterns of myth to modern story-telling, has helped to shape the way people in movies, TV, computer games and publishing think about stories and is required reading at many film schools and literature programs. He has influenced the screenplays of movies from The Lion Kingto Fight Club to The Thin Red Line.

CLAIRE DOBBIN is an Australian script advisor/editor who works with development agencies and filmmakers in Australia, New Zealand, Norway, Abu Dhabi, the Yemen, the UK and France.
Claire is the Deputy President of the international script workshop éQuinoxe Europe and is a script advisor to international participants of the workshop. Since 2003 Claire has been Chair of Australia’s most significant screen event, the Melbourne International Film Festival.

ELLEN SANDLER received an Emmy nomination as writer and co-executive producer of the CBS hit series Everybody Loves Raymond. She has created more than dozen original pilots, three of which featured stars Katey Sagal, Kathy Baker, Susan St. James. Under her consulting banner Sandler Ink she works on pilot development with new and emerging writers. She is the author of The TV Writer’s Workbook, A Creative Approach to Television Scripts.

In 1997, Dawn shared an Emmy nomination with several producers of Chicago Hope in the category “Outstanding Drama Series”. In 2003, Dawn and Nicole Yorkin won a Writers Guild of America for the pilot episode of the episodic drama The Educational of Max Bickford. In 2009 Prestwich and Yorkin joined the crew of new ABC science fiction drama FlashForward.
